Introduction Reformer is the best starting point. It covers the equipment, spring changes and key movements at a comfortable pace.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks may be recommended; please confirm when booking.
For your first visit, plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in before the session begins.
